Urban Wood Network Conference 2022

Join the Urban Wood Network for our annual gathering to network, share and discuss the newest strategies to overcome challenges and build successful local urban wood economies.
Cities, entrepreneurs, and advocates are leading initiatives to ensure that when urban trees are removed, there are opportunities for the material to be put to their highest and best use instead of entering the waste stream. Tree owners, municipalities, arborists, sawyers, wood workers, manufacturers, retailers, and advocates are invited to participate in this year’s interactive session by bringing information about their own efforts to support peer learning and insights into lessons learned.
The Urban Wood Network Conference 2022 is taking place on Tuesday, November 15 in partnership with the Arbor Day Foundation’s Seattle Partners in Community Forestry Conference spanning November 16-17, 2022. More information on the conferences can be found at arborday.org.
