On behalf of my business or organization, I agree with the Urban Wood Network key tenets and member roles and responsibilities as outlined in the Urban Wood Network Membership Agreement. After completing the application, all new members must be approved by the Administrator before completing membership. Membership fee must be paid upon approval. For renewing members, the completed 2021 Membership Agreement and payment of the 2021 membership fees constitutes membership.
